INSPECTION TRIP
 

Our Company offers the facility and the services to our distinguished clientele of the inspection trip.
It is advisable that our clients view in person our carefully selected portfolio and the locations of our free hold properties and the best way to effect it is to entrust us with the organization of the inspection trip.
This trip may take 3-4 days where the buyer shall get to know Cyprus and the properties.
Our Company representative shall meet every client of ours at the airport and drive him to the hotel and make sure that he checks in safely.
Our company offers the ability to our prospective new buyers to book their trip depending always on the availability with the Airlines that our Company co-opperates with.

The hotel booking and the accommodation including breakfast and suppers shall be our Company’s responsibility subject to the following terms and conditions.

Once you fill in the application form and send it to us then one of our sales executives shall contact you for further arrangements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Paschali Developers are pleased to offer you an arranged visit to Cyprus with no obligations whatsoever with regards effecting a sale.

It is paramount that you accept to visit our Developments along with our Company’s representative during your stay and this is a condition of the inspection trip offer regardless of the fact that you are not obliged to purchase.

At any case during your visit you fail to comply with the terms, then you shall be in breach of the agreement and there shall be a request from our Company for a full payment of the costs from your credit card.

The selection of the type of the accommodation and the location shall be the responsibility of the Company. If at any stage during the visit the client propose to change the accommodation to other than the one that our Company selected, then the client shall be responsible for covering the extra cost.

Our Company shall bear the cost of the tickets and accommodation only in case a sale is effected during the clients visit.

The booking of the flying tickets shall be always subject to the availability of the Airlines seats.

In the event where clients are canceling the trip prior to the departure again shall be obliged to pay for the whole cost of the trip.
